## Who runs it

AgencyLadder is built and operated by Odera Joseph Echendu, who goes by Joseph, through
ONDUTYOPS LLC, a company registered in Lewes, Delaware, United States. Contact:
joseph@ondutyops.com.

It launched in August 2026. There is no team and no history to point at yet, and this page
does not pretend otherwise.

## Where the idea came from

outbid.lol proved people will pay in public to be seen. Its problem is that payments there are
permanent: once the top is bought the board stops moving, and a board that has stopped moving
is not worth watching. AgencyLadder answers that with a payment that reduces 2% a day, so
placement is continuously contested rather than settled in week one.

## What else the founder builds

Arbyn (https://arbyn.app), an AI support and sales agent for Shopify stores. It answers
product, shipping, returns, sizing and store policy questions, and can act on orders rather
than only describe them. It is a shipped, working product.

## The charge on a card statement

Payments read ONDUTYOPS* AGENCYLADR. That is this company. If you are looking at a statement
and trying to work out what it was, it was a directory listing on https://agencyladder.com.

## What AgencyLadder is, in plain terms

An online business directory. Any business lists for $1. Placement order is set by the
amount paid and nothing else, and every payment reduces 2% a day. Every business that pays is
listed and stays listed: a reduced payment lowers a listing's position in the order, it never
removes the listing.

Placement is paid advertising and is disclosed as such. It is not a review, an endorsement, or
an assessment of quality. Payments are final and non-refundable. Nothing here promises traffic
or leads, and no claim is made about what a listing will earn.
